Dr. Melanie Leppelmann, ND

I am passionate about providing health care that takes the time needed to understand each patient's health concerns and history.  It is important that each patient feels heard and supported as we work together to address their concerns.  My goal is to help patients gain a better understanding of their health and their body while providing naturopathic treatments that address the root cause of their health issues.

I enjoy treating a variety of conditions ranging from gastrointestinal concerns, hormonal health optimization, thyroid conditions, chronic fatigue and autoimmune disorders.  I am also passionate about providing evidence based integrative oncology care. Naturopathic medicine has a lot to offer in all stages of cancer treatment and prevention.  I work with those that are newly diagnosed, are in the midst of treatment and those that have completed treatment and are concerned with managing lingering side effects and preventing a recurrence.

I have advanced training in Intravenous Nutrient Therapies and am a member in good standing with the Manitoba Naturopathic Association and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

I am fluent in German and offer appointments in German upon request.

Dr. Sydne Valiquette, ND

As a Naturopathic Doctor, I believe that true wellness goes beyond managing symptoms—it requires understanding the root cause and creating a plan that fully supports your body. When given the right tools, the body has an incredible ability to heal. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and support needed to take charge of your health.

I have a deep passion for helping women optimize their health, with a clinical focus on skin conditions (acne, eczema), ADHD/ASD, endometriosis, PMS/PMDD, PCOS, and preconception, perinatal, and postpartum care. I understand the significant demands placed on women, and I take a compassionate, individualized approach to care, ensuring you receive the support needed to achieve optimal health and well-being at every stage of life.

My journey into naturopathic medicine began with a fascination for how the body functions as a whole. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychiatric Nursing from Brandon University, I went on to complete my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, ON. I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in good standing with the Manitoba Naturopathic Association (MNA).

Outside of the clinic, you can find me spending time with my family & golden retriever Sunny, enjoying the outdoors, or trying new recipes. Finding balance in my own life is just as important as helping my patients do the same!

Our Therapists

Sheralyn Schmidt

Marriage and Family Therapist, MMFT

I consider encouraging connection to be my life's work as a therapist and as a human. Just like the body has different parts that work together, our experiences work together to shape how we think, feel, and act. Therapy offers intentional time to process the stress, trauma, and ruptures in relationships which contribute to disconnection from ourselves and others.

My goal for our time together is to hold space for you to approach every part of yourself and your story with curiosity and compassion. I listen to understand your unique knowledge from lived experience, and collaborate with your process of healing through reconnection. My practice integrates systemic and somatic therapy, and welcomes individuals from all walks of life.

I have a clinical Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and holistic health.

Leah Coleman

Registered Psychotherapist, MEd, BHE, CCC

Life has many twists and turns; progress is not linear. It may be challenging to reach out for help, but the benefits can be life-changing. It is my hope that the experiences within this journey will be carried with the participant long after our time together is over. I believe that through counselling, the roots of current issues and challenges can be explored to allow new growth. I use a holistic approach to counselling that allows the counsellor to walk with the participant through their journey of self-exploration. I enable the participants to feel at ease and comfortable as we embark on this experience together.

I use a mixture of theoretical perspectives to facilitate a comprehensive person-centred approach that matches an individual's needs. This provides the opportunity to offer services to a broad range of individuals with varying needs and abilities, honouring diversity and inclusive practices.  While some issues and stressors may be universal, the counselling process is as individual as the participant.

I have a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Family Social Science in Child and Youth Developmental Health. I also has extensive experience supporting the mental health of children, youth,  adults, and families from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.

Jody Kulyk

Pre-Licensed Professional, BA, BEd, MACP-Q

Healing begins when you feel heard, seen, and accepted – exactly how you are. I take a holistic approach with my clients by offering unconditional positive regard and empathy in a space that is inclusive and welcoming to all cultural communities. I offer an integrated method including person centred therapy and multiple behavioural therapies. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel free to be vulnerable and comfortable sharing your thoughts, so that we can work toward your therapeutic goals through the exploration of your strengths and experiences, together.

Clients who come to see me might present with anxiety, depression, stresses, changes in life, or relational issues, to name a few. You are not alone in this journey, you are stronger than you think you are, and I am here to walk with you on your path to a healthier you.

I am currently finishing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I am member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and I am training for EMDR therapy.

Jennifer Saner-Harvey

MA Psychotherapy & Spirituality, CCC

Suffering can feel isolating. I offer a compassionate, inclusive, trauma-informed space where your experience is seen, honoured, and met with care. Together, we create room for something new to emerge — grounded in your innate wisdom and inner compass for healing. My work is rooted in the intelligence of the body, informed by neuroscience, attentive to the relational and cultural systems that shape us, and open to the spiritual dimensions of being human. Through experiential therapy, we engage both sensing and meaning-making — noticing what unfolds within and gently understanding it in the context of your life. Healing is a living process, not a destination. As connection and capacity grow, change becomes more integrated and sustainable.

I support individuals navigating grief and loss, trauma (including complex and collective), chronic conditions, cumulative stress, life transitions (especially for women and older adults), dreams and nightmares, disordered eating, and the tender complexities of being human.

I hold Master’s degrees in Psychotherapy & Spirituality, and in Conflict Transformation. My therapeutic approach is integrative and invitational. My training includes Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Somatic approaches, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Dreamwork. I am also certified in trauma-specific Clinical Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping) and Heartmath (heart coherence).

Our Massage Therapist

Melody Titus, RMT

Since graduating from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba (now Evolve) in 2010, I have taken studies through the Canadian College of Osteopathy and through the Upledger Institute, a leader in providing evidence-based craniosacral education.

My treatment includes assessment of the bony skeleton, craniosacral system and myofascial system. By considering the whole body connection of these systems, I tailor each treatment specific for the client’s unique needs.

Whether it is musculoskeletal issues, headaches, sleep or digestive issues my goal for each treatment is to facilitate the client towards better alignment, functionality and connection with their own body.
