Psychotherapy
Pause. Breathe. Heal.
At Uptown Integrative Health, psychotherapy is grounded in the belief that mental health is deeply interconnected with physical health, relationships, life experiences, and the broader community.
Our Psychotherapists offer compassionate, person-centred care. Therapy is tailored to each individual and may incorporate approaches such as EMDR, brainspotting, emotion-focused therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and evidence-based behavioural therapies. Our clinicians work with clients across the lifespan to support concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, chronic illness, and stress.
An Integrative Approach
Psychotherapists play an important role in recognizing the deep connections between mental, emotional, and physical health. The aim is to provide support for the whole person—creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported in moving toward meaningful growth and healing.
