You do not need a referral to see any of our naturopathic doctors, nurse practitioner, psychotherapists or osteopath/massage therapist.

Please bring any relevant lab work, imaging reports, and medical records related to your appointment. Having these documents available allows us to better understand your history and provide the most effective care during your visit. 

We do not offer direct billing. You will receive a receipt upon payment with all required information to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Your naturopathic doctor can order blood work. The lab testing involves an additional fee, which will be discussed with you before proceeding.

We understand plans can change. We kindly ask for 2 business days' notice to cancel or rebook appts. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee. We offer virtual appointments as an alternative for those who are unable to attend their scheduled in-person visit. 

To ensure we stay on schedule for all clients, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time. Appointments will still end at the originally scheduled time when our schedule is fully booked. If you arrive significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment .

Yes. Our clinic offers an integrative and collaborative approach to healthcare, with multiple practitioners who work together to support your individual health goals. Depending on your needs, you may benefit from the expertise of more than one practitioner as part of your personalized care plan. 

Recommended supplements are available through our in-office dispensary or an online ordering platform for your convenience. We select professional-grade products that align with your individualized care plan and can provide guidance on proper use and dosing. 

Yes all practitioners are always accepting new patients. Feel free to book one of our complimentary exploratory consults to get more information.

We have 1 designated parking spot in the rear lot of our building. There is plenty of street parking on Hazel Dell or surrounding streets. Henderson Highway has 1 hour parking.
